I couldn't handle watching the entire thing... too slow... guess I'm a product of the speed of my dual 2.4.
But, from the first minute and a half, I gather that he's talking about the need for people to serve their computers versus having technology that serves its user.
This very conversation is what makes a mac so fundamentally different than a PC. That's why such innovation makes me cry from inspiration.
