Josh called me around 5 PM (PST) to let me know that a local record store had thrown away a whole dumpster of cassette tapes. We managed to salvage these plastic masterpieces:

• How I gave The Only Girl I've Ever Loved my tape collection and it melted in the sun (a metaphor for our whole relationship?)

Can i get a full listing of the haul? I only recognize Tracy Chapman (score), Siameze Dream (bigtime score) and STP first album.
i think i can recognize about every single one of those tapes, especially the only tape that matters...wham! right on the bottom for some odd reason.
Okay so I found an old wine box that somebody (very properly) converted to a 100-count tape holder ($3 at Goodwill). So we had to a lose a few of the doubles (as well as some of the lousier ones Josh picked out). Here is the list of the albums that will be accompanying us on our journey:
