And Did You Know Desire's A Terrible Thing?

In keeping with one of my main New Year's Resolutions, here is a little bit of info I managed to scour or score (whichever you prefer) as it pertains to me and my understanding or lack thereof:

quinine: flavor component (bitter) of tonic water (as in Gin & Tonic), purportedly invented by the British colonials in India when they mixed gin with the bitter and much heavier dose of quinine tonic which was used as anti-malarial medication...also used as a muscle relaxer.

leg cramps: insufficient...oxygen (which oxidizes lactic acid), or water, or minerals (magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium), or Gin & Tonics perhaps?

invert sugar: when an acid or an enzyme like Invertase (the kind bees use to convert nectar to honey) or apparently water....splits a sucrose molecule into fructose and glucose creating a sweeter-than-normal sugar syrup typically found in honey and jams (by nature), fondant, pastry goods, etc.

love: according to www.dictionary.com definition no. 13 : Chiefly Tennis. a score of zero; nothing.
